CDm Elite July Javelin Camp

Whether it’s your first time gripping a javelin or you need help with your approach and release, this camp will get you on your way to a new PR! We offer detailed instructions and video analysis to help our athletes achieve their goals.

Equipment

What equipment do I need to bring?

Feel free to bring you own javelin, but we have both men’s and women’s javelins to use. We will be throwing on grass so please bring cleats or javelin spikes to avoid slipping.
